FEMPOWER Partners Meet Online
At the beginning of the FEMPOWER in Finance project, an in-person meeting was held, so Partners could establish good relationships as they set out initial project plans. However, as the project partners are based in four different countries, it is not feasible to hold regular in-person meetings. As well as using tools like Google Drive, Monday boards and Teams to manage their collaboration effectively, the team also hosts monthly online meetings.
The last meeting was held on June 5th, hosted by the project lead, David Blunck-Goldenberg, from The Vision Works in Germany. During these monthly meetings, the Partners give updates on each of their assigned tasks, identify any challenges they have encountered and discuss as a group how best to overcome these to ensure the successful delivery of the project. It is also an opportunity to deepen relationships within the Partnership and ensure everyone has the support they need to complete their assigned tasks on schedule.
